Where are you based?
I create, package, and ship everything from my home studio in Edinburgh, Scotland (UK).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship worldwide.
If you can’t see shipping available for your country, feel free to contact me and I can usually add it for you.
I already have shipping set up for the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and most of Europe.
How is artwork packaged?
I take great care when packaging your order to make sure it arrives safely.
- Original artworks are wrapped in glassine paper, secured between protective cardboard, and shipped in a rigid reinforced envelope.
- Prints are wrapped in glassine paper, mounted on backing card, and sent in a board-backed envelope.
Who pays customs duties and import taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by your country.
These are not included in the price of your order or shipping cost.
As the recipient, you are responsible for any customs fees required by your local authorities. I can’t control or take responsibility for delays or charges caused by customs.
If you’re unsure, I recommend checking your country’s import rules for artwork and prints shipped from the UK before ordering.
I'm in the USA, will I need to pay tariffs?
For U.S. orders, I use Royal Mail’s Postal Delivery Duties Paid (PDDP) service. This means import duties are calculated and paid at the time I purchase shipping labels, so you shouldn’t receive unexpected customs charges.
However, U.S. Customs still has final authority regarding fees and duties.
Will I receive tracking information?
International orders:
All international orders are shipped tracked and insured. You’ll receive a tracking number when your order is dispatched.
UK orders:
Original artworks are always shipped tracked and insured. Prints can be sent either tracked or standard (untracked).
When will my order arrive?
I aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days unless otherwise stated.
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- UK Standard: 3–4 working days
- UK Tracked: 2–3 working days
- International Tracked (Europe): 3–5 working days
- International Tracked (Rest of World): 7–10 working days
These are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.

What is your return policy?
You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs, and items should be returned in their original condition. If an item is damaged or handled beyond what’s necessary to inspect it, this may affect the refund amount.
I don’t currently offer exchanges.

Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible after placing it.
Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may still be able to return it in line with my Refund Policy.

Can I reserve a painting?
Yes, absolutely.
If you’ve seen a piece on social media that isn’t on my website yet, it may not be listed because it’s not quite ready to ship.
You’re welcome to message me about any artwork you’re interested in. If it’s available, I can reserve it for you or add you to a waitlist if needed.
What's the difference between an original and a print?
An original is a one-of-a-kind handmade artwork created using oil pastels on cotton rag paper.
A print is a high-quality reproduction of an original artwork. I create prints by photographing my originals in RAW format, carefully adjusting the colours, and printing them using a giclée fine art printer on cotton rag inkjet paper.

Do you accept commissions?
At this time, I don’t currently offer formal commissions.
However, I occasionally take on pieces on a more informal (no deposit or contract required), case-by-case basis if they align with my usual style and subject matter.
