Processing Time
I aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Shipping Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- UK Standard: 3–4 working days
- UK Tracked: 2–3 working days
- International Tracked (Europe): 3–5 working days
- International Tracked (Rest of World): 7–10 working days
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
UK Orders
Orders containing original artwork are always shipped tracked and insured.
Print orders can be sent either:
- Tracked delivery (with tracking number), or
- Standard delivery (untracked)
If you choose tracked delivery, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
International Orders
All international orders are shipped tracked and insured.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Customs Duties, Import Taxes & Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country.
These charges are not included in product prices or shipping costs.
As the recipient, you are responsible for any customs fees required upon delivery or by your local authorities. I cannot take responsibility for delays or charges caused by customs processing.
To avoid surprises, I recommend checking your country’s import rules for artwork and fine art prints shipped from the UK before placing your order.
United States Tariffs
For U.S. orders, I use Royal Mail’s Postal Delivery Duties Paid (PDDP) service. This means any known import duties are calculated and paid at the time of shipping, so you should not receive unexpected customs fees.
However, U.S. Customs retains final authority over any import charges or inspections, and any additional fees imposed by them are outside my control.
