Refund policy
I want collecting my art to be a really positive experience. If for any reason there’s an issue with your order, you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, just email me at contact@hannahrowney.com. I’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your item. Please don’t send anything back before requesting a return, as it may not be accepted.
Returns
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items should be returned in their original condition and, where possible, in the original packaging or packaging that offers the same level of protection.
If an item shows signs of handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it, or if it is damaged during return transit, this may affect the refund amount.
For this reason, I recommend using a tracked and insured postal service when returning items. Items remain your responsibility until they are received by me.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives and get in touch straight away if something is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. I’ll do my best to put it right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made artwork, commissions, and personalised pieces can’t be returned or refunded unless they arrive faulty.
Exchanges
I don’t offer exchanges at this time.
Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)
If you’re based in the UK or European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.
To use this right, please contact me at contact@hannahrowney.com.
Items need to be returned in their original condition, unused, and in suitable protective packaging where possible. Proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and checked, I’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it can take a little extra time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
