I aim to represent all artwork and prints as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.

All product descriptions and availability are subject to change, and I may update or discontinue products at any time.

6. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product from my shop.

Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email and payment has been successfully processed.

In some cases, I may need to cancel or refuse an order, for example if there is a pricing error or stock issue. If this happens, you will be notified and refunded if payment has already been taken.

Please check your order carefully before submitting it, as changes may not always be possible once it has been placed.

7. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£). Prices may change at any time, but the price shown at checkout is the price you will pay.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout. For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may be charged by your local authorities. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price or shipping charges.

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Shopify Payments or PayPal. I do not store your payment details myself.

By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information provided is correct and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

8. Shipping and Delivery

I aim to ship orders as promptly as possible after they are placed. Processing times may vary depending on whether items are original artworks or prints.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, and external factors such as postal delays or customs processing.

I am not responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the delivery carrier.

9. Relationship with Shopify

My store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the platform and secure payment infrastructure used to run this shop.

All purchases are made directly with me, Hannah Rowney. I am responsible for products, orders, customer service, and fulfilment.

Shopify provides the technical platform and secure payment processing services, but is not involved in the sale of products or fulfilment of orders.

10. Returns and Cancellations

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To cancel an order, please contact me at contact@hannahrowney.com.

If your cancellation is accepted, items must be returned in their original condition. You are responsible for any reduction in value resulting from unnecessary handling or damage while in your care or during return transit.

Once the item has been received, I will issue a refund for the cost of the product.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Custom-made artwork, commissions, and personalised items are not eligible for cancellation or return unless faulty.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, artwork, and designs, is the property of Hannah Rowney and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright unless explicitly agreed in writing.

You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without my written permission.

If you share feedback, reviews, or suggestions, you agree that I may use and display them unless you ask me not to.

All feedback must be your own and must not infringe on any third-party rights.
